Invoices, payment links, and branded checkout

Collect is the crypto invoicing layer of the Settlematic finance stack. Create branded invoices and reusable payment links, price them in USD or EUR, and let clients pay in the stablecoin and on the blockchain that suits them. Every payment is detected on-chain and swept directly to a wallet you control — no custody handoff, no rolling reserves, no third-party processor sitting between you and your money. Built for freelancers, agencies, and SaaS teams who want to bill in familiar currency and get settled in crypto.

Overview

What is Collect?

Collect is Settlematic's crypto invoicing module: a tool for raising invoices and payment links priced in fiat, paid in stablecoins, and settled directly on-chain to wallets you control.

Collect is non-custodial crypto invoicing: you bill in USD or EUR, clients pay in stablecoins on the chain they prefer, and funds settle directly to wallets you control — with no processor custody step.

That matters for freelancers billing overseas, agencies running retainers, and SaaS teams reconciling hundreds of payments. When a payment confirms on-chain, it is matched to the invoice automatically with a verifiable transaction reference.

Collect shares the same ledger, wallets, and compliance layer as Gateway, Payroll, and Treasury — so billing a client and paying a contractor stays in one money-movement stack.

How it works

How crypto invoicing works with Collect

Crypto invoicing sounds complicated, but with Collect the flow is four steps and most of them are automatic.

  1. 1

    Price in fiat

Add line items, taxes, discounts, and a due date in USD or EUR. Collect handles the conversion display so your client always sees a clear fiat amount alongside the crypto they'll send.

  2. 2

    Client chooses how to pay

The hosted invoice page shows the stablecoins and chains you accept. Your client picks the one they hold — USDC on Polygon, USDT on Tron, EURC on Ethereum — and pays from their own wallet.

  3. 3

    On-chain detection

Settlematic watches the relevant networks and confirms the transaction the moment it reaches the required number of confirmations. A webhook fires and the invoice flips to paid.

  4. 4

    Settle & reconcile

Funds are already in your wallet — no payout step. The payment is matched to the invoice automatically, with a verifiable on-chain reference. Partial payments are tracked too.

The result is an invoicing process that feels familiar on the front end and is fully crypto-native underneath — fiat in concept, stablecoin in settlement, on-chain in truth.

Branded checkout

Hosted payment pages that look like you, not us

Collect white-label checkout puts your logo, colors, and custom domain on every invoice and hosted payment page.

Hosted invoices, payment links, and checkout pages carry your brand — including your own domain — so clients pay on a surface that looks like yours. Funds still settle non-custodially to your wallet throughout.

  • Custom logo and brand colors across invoices, links, and checkout
  • Custom domain for hosted payment pages
  • White-label receipts and confirmation pages
  • Mobile-optimized layouts so payment works on any device

Settlement

Payment detection and reconciliation, built in

Collect detects payments on-chain in real time and matches them to invoices — including partial payments — with explorer-verifiable references.

Settlematic monitors relevant chains, confirms each payment, and matches it to the right invoice automatically. Every record includes a transaction reference you can verify on a block explorer.

Why non-custodial

Collect vs traditional invoicing — and why it matters

Non-custodial means payments settle to wallets you control — not a processor float. Compare how Collect handles custody, speed, and reconciliation versus typical custodial invoicing tools.

Use cases

Built for the way you actually bill

Freelancers

Invoicing international clients use Collect to bill in USD and get paid in USDC the same day, skipping the bank wires, FX fees, and multi-day delays that eat into cross-border work.

Agencies

Running monthly retainers set up recurring invoices once and let Collect handle the billing, reminders, and reconciliation every cycle — with branded payment pages that keep the client experience on-brand.

SaaS teams

With high payment volume lean on the API and webhooks to issue invoices programmatically, attribute every subscriber correctly, and reconcile hundreds of payments a month without a spreadsheet in sight.

Marketplaces

Issue branded payment links per seller or campaign, attribute each payer correctly on reusable links, and pair Collect with Gateway when you need multi-merchant checkout at scale.

Collect is Settlematic's crypto invoicing module. It lets you create branded invoices, shareable payment links, and hosted checkout pages, and accept stablecoin and crypto payments across 6 blockchain networks — non-custodially.
