Getting started

Settlematic is crypto-native invoicing for businesses. You invoice in fiat, clients pay in crypto via hosted payment pages, and funds sweep to wallets you control. It includes clients, recurring billing, reporting, API access, and AI integrations.

No. Clients only need your payment link. They choose a chain, send crypto, and receive confirmation on the same page.

Most teams send their first invoice within 15 minutes: create account, add a client, build an invoice, send the link. Connect sweep destinations and API keys when you're ready for production volume.

Payments & chains

ETH, BTC, SOL, USDC, and USDT across Ethereum, Polygon, Bitcoin, and Solana networks. Per-invoice asset allowlists let you restrict what clients can pay with. Testnet mode is available for staging.

Not in v1. Invoice amounts are fiat-denominated; clients pay crypto at a quoted rate. You can manually off-ramp or use conversion flows to swap into assets you prefer to hold.

Enable partial payments per invoice. Balance due decreases with each confirmation. Underpaid and overpaid states are surfaced on both merchant and client views.

No. Settlematic derives deposit addresses and detects payments. Confirmed funds sweep to addresses you configure. We never hold private keys to your treasury.

Security & compliance

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Sessions are server-side with HTTP-only cookies. API keys are stored hashed. Production requires strong SESSION_SECRET and HTTPS-only CORS.

Settlematic provides tooling, not legal advice. Many teams use us alongside their compliance policies. Export and audit features support bookkeeping; consult counsel for your jurisdiction.

Integrations & AI

Yes. Use the REST API with scoped keys today. MCP connector exposes Settlematic tools to Claude Desktop for natural-language invoice and client operations. See our Claude integration page for details.

Use webhooks (invoice.paid, payment.confirmed) and the API to sync into QuickBooks, Xero, or custom warehouses. Zapier-style middleware works well.

Pricing & plans

You can create an account and test the full flow on testnet for free. Production pricing is based on subscription tiers aligned with invoice volume and team size — visit the sign-up page to start and contact support@settlematic.com for enterprise quotes.

Yes. New accounts can build invoices, configure sweep destinations, and run end-to-end payment tests on testnet without mainnet funds. This lets finance and engineering validate workflows before going live.

Settlematic does not take a percentage of payments in v1. Network fees are paid on-chain as part of sweeps. Subscription covers platform access, detection, and dashboard features.

Settlematic vs alternatives

Payment links are one-off URLs for a fixed amount. Settlematic is full invoicing: line items, taxes, discounts, due dates, statuses, client history, recurring schedules, and accounting exports — with the same simple checkout experience for your client.

Custodial processors hold your funds and introduce counterparty risk. Settlematic derives unique deposit addresses per invoice, detects payments on-chain, and sweeps to wallets you configure. We never custody your treasury keys.

Yes. Per-invoice asset allowlists let you restrict checkout to USDC, USDT, or any supported combination. Conversion flows can route incoming stablecoins into ETH or other assets you prefer to hold.
